Product exchange policy

A product ordered on the Sport X Fans website can be exchanged, subject to the conditions detailed below.
The exchange policy applies only to products that are not personally designed or customized.

The product can only be exchanged if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The exchange will be made within 7 days of receiving the order , in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (1981) and its amendments.

  • The product was returned new, unused, in its original packaging and in good condition.

  • Round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer only.

  • After receiving the product and inspecting it at the warehouse, a replacement product will be shipped in accordance with the company's shipping policy.

A product that does not meet these conditions (such as a used, damaged product, missing packaging or accompanying accessories) will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Sport X Fans will make every effort to assist the customer in finding a fair alternative solution in the event of an incorrect size or mismatch, but will not bear full responsibility in these cases.

Personalized or customized products — including shirts with a name or number, special prints, customized colors, or any changes made at the customer's request —
Cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for any reason other than a clear manufacturing defect.
