Sport X Fans website regulations

The provisions of these regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but apply equally to all genders.
Browsing the site and making purchases through it constitutes full agreement to all the terms detailed in these regulations.
The regulations constitute a binding contract between the customer and the Sport X Fans website, and their purpose is to regulate the relationship between the parties.

Sport X Fans is an online-only store that sells sporting goods, clothing, shoes and accessories for soccer fans.
Use of the site is intended for those aged 18 and over only. Making a purchase on the site constitutes a declaration that the purchaser is of legal age and capable of performing legal acts.
All provisions of the Terms and Conditions will apply to all use and purchases on the Site. No purchases or use of the Site may be made in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Sport X Fans reserves the right to update, change, discontinue or add sections to these Terms and Conditions at any time, without the need to provide prior notice.

The company strives to display real and accurate images of the products on the website, however, there may be slight differences in colors, shades or details, resulting from the screen display or the supplier source.
The images on the site are for illustration purposes only and do not bind the company.

Placing an order and payment

Orders on the site are made through a secure payment system, which supports all credit cards, Google Pay and BIT.
The transaction will only be approved after receiving approval from the credit card company or clearing entity.
In the event of a technical malfunction, lack of stock or a price error, the company may cancel the order and refund the customer's full money.

After placing the order, the customer will be sent an automatic order confirmation to the email address they provided.
The customer is responsible for entering accurate details, including name, shipping address, telephone number and valid email.
The company will not be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to entering incorrect details.

Product delivery and transportation

Sport X Fans delivers its products throughout Israel through reputable external shipping companies.
The estimated delivery time is between 6 and 20 business days from the date of order confirmation. The company will do everything possible to shorten delivery times.

The products are shipped from overseas, and therefore additional customs, VAT, or government levies may be charged in accordance with personal import laws in Israel.
Sport X Fans is not responsible for the amount of these charges or delays related to customs, but will make an effort to prevent unnecessary costs and assist the customer if necessary.

Delays resulting from external factors — force majeure, strikes, extreme weather, epidemics, customs congestion, etc. — will not be considered a breach of obligation.
Once the package is delivered to the shipping company, responsibility passes to the shipping company.

Sport X Fans makes every effort to ensure that each product reaches the customer new, in good condition and of the highest quality.
The warranty is provided only in cases of manufacturing defect or substantial damage caused to the product during shipment.
Any malfunction or defect must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the order via email: sportxfans@gmail.com , along with clear pictures of the defective product.

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, natural wear and tear, exposure to heat or water, physical damage, or improper storage.
In the event of an incorrect size, the company will assist the customer in finding a fair solution, but the replacement costs will be borne solely by the customer.

Personalized or customized products (such as shirts with a name, number, or special print) are not included in the return or warranty policy.
In any case, the company's liability is limited to the actual transaction value paid only.

Product exchange policy

A product ordered on the Sport X Fans website can be exchanged subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange will be made within 7 days of receiving the order , in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (1981) and its amendments.

  • The product was returned new, unused, in its original packaging and in good condition.

  • Round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer only.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement product will be shipped in accordance with the company's shipping policy.

A product that does not meet these conditions (used, damaged, missing packaging or accompanying accessories) will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Sport X Fans will make every effort to assist the customer in finding a fair alternative solution in the event of incorrect size or mismatch.

Personalized or customized products — including shirts with a name, special print, customized colors or any changes at the customer's request —
Cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled , except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Transaction cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of an order without cancellation fees will be possible within 24 hours from the date of placing the order.
After 24 hours, the transaction can be canceled up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product , subject to the Consumer Protection Law and under the following conditions:

  • The product will be returned new and in its original packaging.

  • It is not used in any way.

  • Cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).

  • Product collection cost: 50 NIS.

  • A clearing fee of 1.5% of the transaction amount.

A refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the transaction within 7 business days after the product has been inspected.
Personalised or customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Privacy Policy

Sport X Fans undertakes to maintain the privacy of its customers and the confidentiality of information provided during use of the site.
The information collected (name, address, email, telephone and order details) is intended solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing service and improving the user experience.
The information is stored on Shopify servers and secured according to accepted standards.
Information will not be transferred to third parties except for the purpose of providing an essential service (such as clearing, shipping or technical support) or if required by law.

The site uses cookies to analyze browsing data and improve the user experience.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
Sport X Fans will not be liable for any indirect damage caused by hacking, malfunction or unauthorized use of information beyond its control.

Law and judgment

The law applicable to these regulations and the use of the site is Israeli law only.
The exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to these Terms and Conditions is vested in the competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo only.

Continued use of the site after the terms and conditions have been updated constitutes agreement to the new terms.
